LEVT® General terms and conditions

We can make a list of 100 rules here, but the bottom line is that we have to solve it within reason when we have an issue. We deliver what we promise, if we don't, we'll solve it together. If there is any doubt, we should talk about it.

Below are the key terms and conditions regarding the difference between the LEVT collection and the Custom order terms.

General Delivery Terms for the LEVT Collection

  • We adhere to the legal delivery terms, but we always aim to give you a little extra. While we do our best to meet delivery expectations, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise during the process. If something does go wrong, we are committed to resolving the issue or offering a full refund.

Custom Orders Delivery Terms

Custom orders, including cycling wear and off-bike items (such as t-shirts and hoodies), have different delivery terms. While we guarantee the quality and replacement of any defective items, there are two key stages in the process that may be beyond our control:

  1. Production Time:

    • Cycling Wear: Typically, the production time is 6-8 weeks. These items are then shipped from Belgium to the customer.
    • Off-Bike Collection: Items like t-shirts and hoodies generally take around 3-4 weeks for production.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For instance, shipping to the Netherlands usually takes just a few days. However, for other countries, such as Spain, delivery can take between 1-2 weeks.

Please note that production time and delivery time are subject to external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact timelines for these phases. As such, delays in production or shipping are not considered valid reasons for order cancellation. 

We value transparency and will always inform you if there is a delay or issue with the production or delivery time of your order.

In the event of any issues with the product itself, we will replace it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
